3. Membership Applications
Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee membership. Well Played Social reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Submission of an application does not create a contractual relationship between the applicant and Well Played Social.

Membership, once accepted, is governed by a separate Founding Member Agreement or Member Agreement, the terms of which supersede these Terms of Use with respect to the membership relationship.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Well Played Social makes no representations or warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well Played Social disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
